No matter what you do in life, it helps if you know some key things about yourself…like what you value, what you enjoy, and how you learn and work best. It can also be really helpful to know what you’re good at and what sets you apart from other people.
In my work I often get to meet amazing educators who are at some crossroads where they want to deepen their skills or even change direction and start their own business as an academic coach.
