Last week during my webinar “Zoomed Out?!”, I heard y’all loud and clear — we want more short, energizing, physical breaks that we can lead with our students, or ourselves!!

Today’s video is my answer to that! Just the other day I had a student show up for a one-to-one Zoom coaching session super depressed and anxious. I led her in THIS EXACTLY physical activity. It took us about 2 minutes, and she smiled for the first time and said that she DID feel a little refreshed.

So I give it to you to try doing it int between study sessions…or to lead in your online classes!

See below for that video!

First, though, I have two announcements for everyone:
1. Hot off the press!! I’ll be doing the SAME FREE WEBINAR “Zoomed Out!? How to Stay Energized During a Long Day of Video Chats” next week on Thursday, April 9th at 11 am Pacific / 2 pm Eastern. If you know anyone who needs to see this, please forward it along!

2. You asked I listened: I’m in the process of creating a small, low-cost resource course that is a deep dive into EVERYTHING I KNOW about leading engaging and energizing live coaching sessions and classes online. Stay tuned for that!

Sorry about all the ALL CAPS. 😉 I’m excited.

Alright… here’s the video about how to take physical breaks.

P.S. This physical challenge came to me from https://www.handeyebody.com/. If you sign up for his list, he has 3 additional exercises he’ll give you for free (I just tried them all and I LOVE THEM. I can’t wait to share them with my clients).
