Jenny is a school counselor in Nashville Tennessee. She started learning the Anti-Boring Toolkit last fall, and has had almost perfect attendance at all the Rock Your Coaching calls through the entire school year.
In this video, she reflects about the extreme needs she’s seeing in her magnet school in terms of student disorganization and mental health concerns.
There’s a lot of gold in this interview, if you, too, are working at a school and feeling overwhelmed by the escalating needs of the students.
I was particularly moved by Jenny sharing that the Anti-Boring Toolkit not only helps her talk to her students who are most in need…
…but also gives her language to talk to her administrators and colleagues about Executive Function-friendly changes that are needed in both policies and expectations! Her school is making big changes based on the things she’s learning and sharing.

If you’d like to join Jenny in the Rock Your Coaching Toolkit program, we are starting a brand-new cohort on June 6! And if you sign up by May 31, you can save $200 with this coupon. I’m adding additional live support calls in the month of June so you can “light your fire,” as Jenny has lit hers and hit the ground running with the first few modules. Then, you’ll be able to work through the course at your own pace over the summer, and return to school in the fall with 23 PD hours–and an opportunity to earn more through the remainder of the year.
If this is calling to you, use the coupon to jump in now! Then come to one of the Welcome calls in June, and I’ll help you make a plan for how to work through the program to get the best benefit for you and your unique situation.
I can’t wait to support you and welcome you to the community!
Happy Sunday,
P.S.
I get into all the nitty-gritty of the program here, but if you still have questions, hit reply and let me know! AND, we’re happy to work with you and your school to help you use PD funds to pay for the program. Let us know what you need.
