Do you have a “mean” teacher? I know several students who feel the same way!
When you’re in this situation, it might feel like there’s little you can do to change it…but I have one student who took action and got great results!
Want to know what my client did and what happened? Watch this two-minute and 43-second video to get the scoop.

Sometimes what looks like meanness might just be a lack of understanding or awareness on a teacher’s part. What teacher do you wish you had a better relationship with? Can you talk to them directly about your situation? Or is there someone else at school you can reach out to to discuss your needs?
You might be surprised at the results you get when you advocate for yourself! If you’re willing to try, I’d love to hear how things go for you. Send me an email at officewiz@gretchenwegner.com and let me know.
Have a great week, y’all!

We are in a similar situation at the moment. My daughter has tried to advocate for herself, but the teacher doesn’t seem to care. She also talked to her guidance counselor, who recommended that she get a 504. Unfortunately, we are waiting for the paperwork, etc to be processed, which will take 60 days.
