Recently a client revealed that she’d had another weekend of just “laying around”. She knew she had work to do, but she just couldn’t do it.
We realized that one of the problems was that she hadn’t made a detailed enough plan for exactly what needed to get done.

Love the strong verb emphasis. Also spreading it out over the two days made it seem less daunting. the final plus was that the Sunday tasks depended on completing the Saturday tasks. So, if you didn’t complete your Saturday tasks that just put more to do on Sunday,
