More and more I’m seeing that students need to develop tools for self-care and recovery. Schooling is so relentless, especially to students with learning differences and executive function challenges.

Today I’m going to share the 3+ characteristics of a “restorative environment”. As you listen to these, think about where you go to rest and rejuvenate. Do those spaces meet these characteristics?
