Does your brain ever feel like mush after a long day at school (or work)? Does this mushiness make it hard to focus on homework?
A client of mine with ADHD recently bemoaned how exhausted she is after a long day at school. All the effort and pushing it takes to force herself to pay attention all day creates a ton of fatigue.
She asked me if I had any tips, and I gave her the advice in this video (it has to do with getting out in nature; I’m not sure how realistic that is for most people, but listen in to hear my exact thoughts).
