Do you get stressed out by the things other people — your teachers (or students), your parents (or kids) do?
Whenever I speak to groups of parents, I always make provide specific tips about how to be less stressed by their student’s behaviors).
However, today I realize I want to make the same suggestion to EVERYONE — parents, teachers, AND teens!
More and more in my work, I’m seeing that it’s not beneficial to focus on just one of these groups because we’re ALL drowning and need support.
And so often, the support that students need is ALSO the support that parents need; and the same goes for teachers too.
